Our Mission

To empower events, venues, and cities to reduce environmental impact by simplifying waste collection, tracking, and sustainability intelligence through robotics and real-time data.

After experiencing firsthand the overwhelming waste and operational inefficiencies at large-scale events including the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, African Cup of Nations 2023, Monaco Grand Prix, and other sporting and cultural gatherings; we knew something had to change.

In 2024, we, Safiatou and Sarah Fomba, co-founded Bilqis GreenTech to transform how events, venues, and cities handle waste.Drawing from our direct experience working across international sports, luxury hospitality, and venue logistics, we designed a solution that tackles the issue at its root:
